Integrative Psychotherapy

 

Integrative psychotherapy offers a relational approach which allows you to find out what really matters to you and live accordingly.

I am a Psychotherapist/Counsellor offering an integrative approach to self discovery which will allow you to think about yourself, your relationships with others and the things that may be stopping you lead the life you really want to live.

If you want to feel more satisfaction with life, if you want to feel more fulfilled about how you use your time, to release yourself from nagging worries, then in reading this you have already started the process.

The Integrative Psychotherapy approach is a relational therapy approach which has developmental, existential and self-psychology theory at it's base. By a process of self discovery and feedback you will have the opportunity to disentangle difficult feelings and discover what they really mean to you. In going through this process you are given the potential to live life more fully and be more comfortable with your life choices. By investigating your experience

 of different life events and the feelings you associate with them, either current events or events caught in memory you will experience a process of integration of feelings and thoughts which will enable you to be more at ease with yourself.

I work in the following areas: relationships, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, disability (particularly Speech & language problems), addiction, phobias, sexual identity, insomnia, eating disorders.
